Dear Authors: 
1- All manuscripts must be sent through the journal website, so please refrain from sending manuscripts via email. 
2- As soon as the manuscript is submitted to the journal, it is checked for formatting and plagiarism in the initial review. For Persian manuscripts, the similarity finder system of the Yektaweb program is used, and for English manuscripts, the Plagiarism Checker program is used. 
3- Before submitting the manuscript to the journal, the authors should adjust the manuscript to the journal format (abstract layout, text, and article sources) by referring to the section "For Authors – Submission Instruction." Manuscripts that are not in a journal format in the initial review will be returned to the responsible author for re-correction. 
4- Immediately after sending the manuscript, the review will be done by the editorial board (maximum three days), and the manuscript will be reviewed in terms of the topic and publication priority. Therefore, manuscripts that are outside the journal's scope will be returned. The author or authors can immediately send their article to another journal. Returning or rejecting the manuscript does not mean negating the values of that manuscript. 
5- All processes of sending and judging manuscripts are done through the journal website. The review process is peer review and completely confidential. On average, the estimated time for reviewing is one month from the time of sending the manuscript. 
6- After the reviewers' comments are sent through the journal website, they will be sent to the corresponding author and visible on the journal website. The corresponding author must fix the defects within two weeks at most and upload the revised manuscript in the "File without authors' names" section. If the manuscript has a major revision, it will be re-sent for reviewing, but if there is a minor revision, it will be edited by the journal and will not be sent for reviewing again. The delay of the corresponding author in solving the review's defects is equivalent to canceling the publication of the manuscript.  
7- Accepted manuscripts will be published based on the journal's priority, and the journal reserves the right to make any corrections and comment on the accepted manuscripts.
8- Orcid code is required for the corresponding author, and it is emphasized that all authors have Orchid code.
9- This journal follows Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and complies with the highest ethical standards by ethical laws.
